1.2 Exclusions: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2.3 Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over the amount specified on the website.


3.⁠ ⁠Delivery Times


3.1 Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery times for orders within major centres range from 2 - 5 business days, depending on the shipping method and orders in outlying areas range from 5 - 7 business days (express shipping is not available in these areas).

3.2 Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays.

4.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

4.2 You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.


5.⁠ ⁠Shipping Restrictions

6.⁠ ⁠Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages


6.1 If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage.

6.2 If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. 

6.3 Wild Candy Co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing.


7.⁠ ⁠Returns and Undeliverable Packages


7.1 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7.2 Refunds for undeliverable packages are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
